School of Business
& Economics Language Scholarships
100% scholarships for a 10 or 5 week pre-sessional language course
at the INTO University of Exeter Centre. No separate application
required any students with an offer for the school which includes a
5 / 10 week condition is eligible. The School will send a
confirmation letter to all relevant applicants. The pre-sessional
course fees are then refunded when the student enrols on their
Masters course.

Bioscience Halpin
Scholarships for PhD in molecular plant pathology researching
rice blast disease
utilizing molecular genetics, functional genomics and cell
biology. Applicants should have a first degree in Biological
Sciences, Biochemistry or Genetics and have a strong interest in
plant disease research. Applicants from the South-East Asia and
other rice-growing regions of the world are strongly encouraged to
apply. The four-year studentship has a generous stipend, travel
allowance, consumables budget and a home-integration award that will
be made upon completion of the PhD.

Glasgow Caledonian University offers
Scholarship at
£8,000.
Eligible students will
be entitled to
£2,000
Scholarship in the Foundation Year, followed by £2,000 Scholarship
for each year of the 3 Undergraduate years at
Glasgow Caledonian University. This
effectively
makes the first year of study at INTO
Glasgow Caledonian University
free of tuition
fee.
This Scholarship
is only applicable to September 2008 and January 2009 new intakes.
