UOL Group, a property development company listed on the Mainboard, along with its subsidiary SingLand, have successfully acquired a government land sales (GLS) site on Orchard Boulevard for the development of Upperhouse. The site was awarded to United Venture Development (No.7), a joint venture between UOL Venture Investments and SingLand Residential Development, with UOL Group holding an 80% stake and SingLand holding the remaining 20%.
